Buzz uses AI technology (Anthropic Claude) to generate responses to your messages. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
Buzz is not a financial advisor, legal advisor, or medical advisor. Do not rely solely on Buzz for decisions in these areas. Always verify important information independently and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
Expense tracking, budget summaries, savings goal tracking, and stock price data provided by Buzz are for personal informational use only.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Texas, Buzz Assistant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of Buzz, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or financial losses.
In all cases, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Buzz service in the 30 days immediately prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without prior notice. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access to Buzz continues until the end of your current billing period, after which all access will cease.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Buzz shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Texas.
We may update these terms at any time. If changes are material, we will communicate them to you via Telegram. Your continued use of Buzz after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
